Store Policies

In these uncertain times in the world, you may experience a delay in production, shipping, and delivery time. Please note this most likely applies to all preorder items (Hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, etc.). This could be a variety of reasons, including but not limited to material availability, production labor, etc.

PREORDER ITEMS

Please refer to the production phase located on the description on each preorder item. All preorder items will have certain dates before orders are fulfilled. You will still be able to cancel or edit your preorder items before the date ends. Once they're fulfilled, you CANNOT cancel or edit the order anymore. SHIPPING COST

Due to Shopify is not able to assign packages for each item sold accurately, shipping cost might be higher than usual. All shipping differences will be refunded to your original payment, if there's any. Each order will be reviewed for the shipping cost differences. 

PAYMENT TYPES

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Apple Pay) & PayPal.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Chasing Midnight does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Chasing Midnight will only replace an item if it is defective. To request an exchange, please contact us via email or chat provided on the website

DETAILS AND SHIPPING

Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Tracking numbers will be provided once an order has been fulfilled. Local pickup option is available upon request. Please check the area you live in to make sure you're able to pickup your orders.

Please triple check your personal details upon checking out as all sales are final. we are not responsible for merchandise that has been sent to the wrong address!

Orders can be subjected to customs fees and or tax within your local country/state.
